Here you can enter all your personal details and workout/fitness goals you'd like to work on while using our platform. After you've watched the intro video, BASICS OF BOUNCING, you're able to start working out with different videos by checking out your "Recommended Plan" - these will be videos that were hand-picked **specifically for you**!
On the left-hand side, you can select filters in order to narrow down your search to specific videos.
OR, if you'd like to get started by doing a plan with multiple videos over the course of a number of days, you select a plan here: http://video.bellicon.com/en/plans. To start a plan, just click on the big black *START PLAN* button on the top left-hand side of the plan's page.
